Interesting developments in the Marqui universe, by the way, as the criticism is flowing along the the plaudits. It appears to me that the company is taking all this is good stride, finally launching a blog and learning from the feedback. The SEO paper was bone-headed, because it was presented rather than offered for comment (the result would have been a much better view of search engine optimization that was written largely for free by a group of experts), but the fact the company is responding intelligently—actually talking with its critics—is a change in the flow we’re used to from most corporate communicators.
