<![CDATA[Over at ZD Net, I go into the DOJ subpoenas of search results by users of Google, Yahoo! and MSN. Never one to go too easy on Google, I wish they’d apply the standards they offer their American users to all on the Net by standing up to, for instance, China.
Also, there’s a review of the plaintiff cries that such abuses of the Fourth Amendment are justified that we’ll likely hear from the Bush Administration. They need another war to justify further erosion of civil rights, I suppose.
