<![CDATA[Mitch Ratcliffe is a veteran technology journalist, media executive and serial entrepreneur. These days, he is leading Web technical program management at hibu, the former Yell.com and Yellow Pages company. Previously, he led content strategy at Microsoft TechNet and the Finance app content team, overnight global news team and content management tools teams at Bing, where he worked on the launch of the new Bing apps on Windows 8. He cofounded BuzzLogic (now 12-Fold Media), was a founding executive at ON24, where he was editor-in-chief and chief content officer, and served as SoftBank’s board member at Electric Classifieds Inc. and Match.com from 1996 to 1998. His ZD Net blog, Rational Rants, ran for several years, and he was a reporter, editor, editor-in-chief and columnist for various ZD, Seybold and financial publications during the 1990s.
